APSIS One usage feature - 160224

The new feature enhances your ability to oversee and evaluate your email marketing campaigns while also providing transparency into your actual usage compared to your current plan.

First stage

Each customer has a fixed monthly bulk email usage quota based on the terms of their contract. The monthly quota and usage statistics will be shown on the Account Owners and Admins Dashboard.

Note: The quota is for an account and not a section. The quota is only for emails sent using the Email tool. Emails sent from other APSIS One tools or functions, such as Marketing Automation or Events, will not be affected.

Updated Email Widget for Account Owners and Admins

The updated widget will display the progress bar with your limits, offering complete visibility of your usage and allowing you to engage with us before reaching your quota.

When bulk emails are sent using the email tool, the send count will be updated and compared to the quota, which will reset monthly.

We encourage you to proactively use the widget to monitor the status of your monthly sendings.

Limitation Notification

This will be available for all Account Users; there'll be a yellow notification on the dashboard when email sending is close to reaching the quota and, once again, if email sending has exceeded the quota. This will be a red notification.

There is a “Request Extension” function in the Account Insights section on the Dashboard for Account Owners and Administrators.

Use this button at any time to inform our Customer Care team of your email capacity needs, and they'll contact you to find the best possible solution for your needs.

Second stage:

The APSIS One Usage feature will be fully active.

If you have not requested an extension and reached your quota for the month, the send button in the email wizard will be inactive, and you cannot send or schedule new emails. The quota resets monthly.

If you try to schedule an email sending in the Email Tool, you will get a message explaining that you have exceeded your monthly quota.

Account Owners and Admins will see the "Request Extension" function in the message. Account Users will be asked to contact their APSIS One administrator.

The"Request Extension" function in the Account Insights section on the Dashboard for Account Owners and Administrators can be used at any time.

Using this function will inform our Customer Care team of your email capacity needs, and they'll contact you for a constructive dialogue about how to accommodate your needs.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Care team if you have any questions or need further assistance.
