One of the challenges with any AI model is the risk for bias in the generated content. Therefore, it is important to monitor the generated content to ensure that it is unbiased, relevant, and engaging. The content is also by nature more generic, so ensure it has your specific tone of voice and to make you stand out.

Yes. APSIS AI Assistant is responsible. We do not store neither your prompts nor generated texts (except for the approved content, that becomes part of your email, pages, etc.).

We never use customer’s data to train the model. You do not need worry that any sensitive or proprietary information will be part of future AI models and be made available to your competitors (which is the case in some AI solutions).

We make sure that our customer’s content is safe and would never be exposed without your own intention. All input and generated content is fully encrypted both in transit and, when a generated text is accepted, stored encrypted “at rest.” We also never transfer your data outside of the EU. (for EU customers).

APSIS AI Assistant is flexible. Here are some scenarios you can use our AI Assistant for:

In the content editor, you can use AI to improve the content in a text element.

2. In the Text Generation modal, select language in the drop-down.

The AI model supports: English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, French, Dutch and Spanish.

3. Enter your prompt

Type in your prompt (request to the AI text generator) in the input field.

Click Generate. Prompt and output will be optimised for selected language.

AI can also translate the prompt. Enter prompt in English and select language in the dropdown, to have AI generate text in the selected language. This result, however, might be less accurate than result from entering prompt in the already selected language.

4. Untick the Optimise my prompt checkbox if you don't wat APSIS One to preformat your input to improve results. You will now likely need to write more detailed instructions to the AI Assistant, but it can be beneficial for certain content.

5. Select Reject or Accept the generated text.

To go back to generate a new text, click Back.

6. Re-write the generated text

Ask the AI Assistant to improve, re-write or extend the text for as many time s as you like. For example, to shorten the text or make it more formal. Enter instructions in the text field and click Generate.

To edit the text manually, select Accept and adjust the text in the editor.

APSIS AI Assistant can also help you with email subject line and preheader.

1. Go to Settings in the bottom bar, to the Email tab.

2. Use the AI Assistant to generate subject line and preheader. The model will suggest you up to five outputs to choose from.
