Forgotten Password
Here's what you need to do to get a new password in case you forget it. If you're already logged in and want to change your password, see Password and Authentication instead.
⚠️ Using Single Sign-On (SSO)?
If your organisation logs in via SSO, your password is managed by your company's identity provider — not Apsis One. Contact your IT team or administrator to reset it. See Single Sign-On (SSO) for more details.

How to reset your password
Step 1
Go to app.apsis.one and fill in your email address. Click on Login. Click Forgot password?.
Step 2
Enter the email address linked to your Apsis One account and click Send.
Step 3
Check your inbox for a password reset email from Apsis One. This may take a few minutes to arrive.
💡 Can't find the email?
Check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent from a no-reply address and can sometimes be filtered automatically. The reset link is valid for 24 hours — if it expires, simply repeat the process.
Step 4
Click the link in the email to open the password reset page.
Step 5
Enter your new password in the first field, then confirm it in the field below. Click Save to confirm.
ℹ️ Password requirements
Your password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
You'll be redirected to the login screen. Sign in with your email address and new password to access your account.
If your account has been locked
After 10 consecutive failed login attempts, your IP address is automatically blocked to protect your account. This can happen if you've entered the wrong password repeatedly, or if someone else is trying to access your account without permission.
If you're locked out, follow the password reset steps above to set a new password. If your IP remains blocked after resetting, contact Customer Service to have the block lifted.
⚠️ Suspicious login activity?
If you weren't the one making failed login attempts, it's worth reviewing your account security once you're back in. Consider enabling 2-step verification— see Password and Authentication for setup instructions.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the reset email
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, confirm you entered the correct email address — the one you use to log in to Apsis One. If you're still not receiving it, contact Customer Service.
The reset link isn't working
Reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, go back to the login page, click Forgot password? again, and request a new one.
I reset my password but still can't log in
Make sure you're entering the new password exactly as you set it — passwords are case-sensitive. If your IP address was blocked due to too many failed attempts, it may still be active. Contact Customer Service to resolve this.
I don't know which email address my account uses
Check with your account administrator — they can look up your login email from the User Management section of the platform. See User Management for details.
