Pages: Report

In the Pages Report you will find the essential information about how your Page activity was set up and how it performed.

Pages Reports show both Known Profiles (Profiles with an email address or phone number) and Unknown Profiles.

Overview and Preview

To view a Report, select the form in the Forms & Pages activity page. In the Bottom bar, go to Report.

Please allow up to 10 minutes for Profile data to be available in your Pages Report. After the Page has been published, The data must be processed and stored into Profiles before it becomes available.

To see all Profiles who interacted with your activity, create a Segment from the View tab.

With this valuable information, it will be possible for you to analyse your marketing efforts and how effective your campaign has been.

Overview

In the Overview, the details of the Pages activity is presented. Here you find the Section, Template and Action that is used for your Page. And the Form URL.

Preview

Take a look at your finished Page. Toggle between Desktop and Mobile to see how the Page looks on different devices.


View the Report

Under the View tab to the left, you find Profiles who viewed your Page so far.

A maximum of 25 profiles will be shown on the list. Double-click a Profile to jump straight into their Profile View.

Pages Reports only show Known Profiles, meaning they are identified with an email address or phone number. However, to see all Profiles who interacted with your activity, create a Segment from the View tab.

Note: The same individual can figurate in the Report, as multiple different unknown Profiles, if they view the Page multiple times. When this happens, the number of unique unknown Profiles will not necessarily match the real number of unique unknown visitors.

Export

To see the full list, click Export on the top right. Download the Profiles in a CSV or XLSX file.

Create Segment from the Page Report

You can create Segments from the Page Report. Go to the "View" tab and click Create Segment in the bottom right corner.
