Pages: Overview and Share
This is the final step — a last review of your Page, and then the decision that shapes how your audience will actually encounter it. Pages can be shared in four ways: as a standalone link, embedded in an iFrame on your website, opened in a new window, or slid up from a specific link. The same Page, distributed wherever makes sense.
The choice isn't "one or the other". A single Page can live as a link in an email, embedded on a landing page, and set to slide up from a CTA elsewhere on your site — simultaneously. Pick the right placement for each context and measure what works.

Quick start
From your design, click on Next to go to the Overview step, and review everything is correct. Jump back to earlier steps via the side menu if you need to adjust.
Click Publish & Share to open sharing options. If you'd prefer to save the Page as a draft, click Save as Draft and it will be moved to the Drafts tab of the Activity page.
Pick one or more sharing methods (Shareable link, iFrame, New window, Slide up), open on the arrow and Copy the relevant URL or snippet.
Click Publish to make the Page live, or Pause if you need more time.
To unpublish later, go to the Forms and Pages start page, select the Page, and click Pause in the bottom bar.
Overview
If you would like to change anything, jump back to the menu on the left and choose the step you want to return to — Name, Template, Design, or Settings.
Check that all the details are correct. When done, click Publish & Share. Select how you'd like to share the Page — the options are explained below.
Final pre-publish checklist
Before you publish, five quick checks save a surprising amount of "why does it look wrong?" back-and-forth:
Page title is set in Settings (visible in browser tabs).
Language is set for accessibility.
Mobile preview looks right — not cramped, images sized appropriately, headlines don't wrap awkwardly.
All links work. Click through every link on the Page in the Preview to verify.
Images have Alt text. Good for accessibility and for cases where images fail to load.
Sharing options
Choose how to share the Page. Four methods available:
Shareable link
iFrame
New window
Slide up
Shareable Link
To create a shareable link to your Page, expand the Shareable Link dropdown and click Copy to copy and paste the URL.
You can use this link anywhere — in an email, on social media, in a newsletter, in a QR code on a printed flyer, in an SMS, in an email signature.
When to use:
Linking from an email to a campaign microsite or article
Sharing on social media or in newsletters
Including in printed materials via a QR code
As the destination for a Go to URL action on a Form (post-submit redirect)
iFrame
To embed the Page via an iFrame, expand the iFrame dropdown and click Copy to copy the snippet, then paste it into your website's code.
Embed your Page anywhere in your existing site — it becomes a seamless part of your web presence while still being managed in Apsis One.
When to use:
Hosting long-form content inside an existing page on your site
Adding campaign content to your CMS without needing developer involvement
Cross-brand or cross-market content that needs central updating
💡 Tip. Use transparent body colour in Pages: Settings when embedding via iFrame on a coloured page — you avoid a jarring white block in the middle of your design.
New window
If you'd prefer the Page to open as a new window, expand the New window dropdown and click Copy to copy the HTML code. Add this code to your website to display the link that opens the Page.
When to use:
When the Page shouldn't disrupt the visitor's current browsing context
Long-form content that deserves a dedicated window
Legal or terms content where opening in a new window is expected
Slide Up
To make the Page appear when a visitor clicks a specific link, expand the Slide up dropdown and click Copy to copy the script.
Select a specific link on your website and adjust the script with that link before you paste it into the header.
When to use:
A CTA that slides up an announcement or campaign Page
"Learn more" links that reveal additional content in context
Lightweight overlays that keep the visitor on the current page
Slide-up Pages feel lighter than full-page redirects — visitors stay in context while consuming extra content.
Publishing the Page
After selecting your sharing option(s), click Publish to make the Page live.
Unpublishing
To unpublish the Page, go to the Forms and Pages start page. Select the Page and click Pause in the bottom bar.
Pausing a Page stops it from being accessible publicly but keeps the activity — including its Report — intact. Use Pause for seasonal Pages, time-limited campaigns, or Pages you want to retire gracefully without losing the history.
Use cases — where Pages live across the lifecycle
Lead nurturing — content destinations
Gated content delivery Page (Shareable link via Form Action). Build the Page, copy the Shareable link, paste it into the Go to URL Action on your gated-download Form. On submit, visitors land on the branded delivery Page.
Article or long-form content Page (Shareable link from emails). Newsletter teaser → full Page. Let the Page do the long-form heavy lifting while your email stays punchy.
Webinar landing Page with embedded Form (iFrame or co-located). The Page tells the event story; a Form (embedded via iFrame or on the same URL) captures registrations. Single destination to link from everywhere.
Retention — confirmation and welcome
Welcome Page (Shareable link from welcome email). A branded "you're in!" Page linked from the first email in a welcome flow — not just a plain text "thanks for subscribing".
Double opt-in confirmation Page (URL in Form Action). After a Profile confirms via the double opt-in email, land them on a proper branded Page instead of a generic URL. See the Double opt-in redirect section in Form: Action.
Brand building — campaign surfaces
Campaign microsite (Shareable link shared across channels). A single branded Page with the campaign story. Share the same URL from email, social, partners, and paid media.
Slide-up announcement (Slide up from homepage CTA). High-priority announcements without needing a full page redirect — visitors stay on your site, see the message, and return to browsing.
Embedded in-page content (iFrame on your website). Publish campaign content on your own site without involving developers for every update — manage it in Apsis One, embed via iFrame.
Loyalty — exclusive spaces
VIP-only content Page (Shareable link in targeted email). A Page shared only via email to loyal customers. Never linked publicly. Use it to host exclusive content, early-access links, or event invitations.
Loyalty programme explainer (Shareable link from emails + account area). A detailed Page covering the programme — tiers, benefits, how to earn points, FAQs — linked from every loyalty-related communication.
Common mistakes & how to troubleshoot
The Shareable link doesn't work / says the Page doesn't exist
Cause. The Page is in Draft or Paused, not Published.
Fix. Go to the Forms and Pages start page, select the Page, and publish it from there. Links only work when the Page is actively published.
iFrame renders with a white background that clashes
Cause. Body colour is set to opaque white in Settings.
Fix. Open the Page, go to Settings → Design, and click the X icon next to the body colour to make it transparent. Republish.
Slide-up Page doesn't appear when clicking the link
Common causes.
The Slide-up script is placed in the site body instead of the
<head>section. The trigger link in the script doesn't exactly match the actual link on your site (including protocol, trailing slashes).
The Page is in Draft or Paused.
I paused a Page and now the link shows an error
This is expected. Paused Pages aren't accessible via their Shareable link. If you want visitors to see a message instead of an error, consider redirecting the URL on your site to a different live Page, or republish when you're ready.

💡 Tips & tricks
One Page, multiple placements. The same Page can live as a Shareable link, an iFrame, and a Slide up simultaneously. Don't rebuild — distribute.
Pair Pages with Forms. A branded Page telling the story plus an embedded Form collecting the action converts better than either alone.
Use Save as Draft generously. No need to publish before the Page is ready. Drafts let you share internally for review before going live.
Pause, don't delete. When a seasonal Page wraps up, Pause it. You keep the activity and Report, and can re-publish next time without rebuilding.
Check the Report regularly after publishing. Within 24 hours you'll have enough data to tell whether the Page is landing. Course-correct early rather than at the end of the campaign.
Match sharing method to intent. Ambient content on your site → iFrame. Focused campaigns → Shareable link. Low-priority announcements → Slide up.
