Apsis One Product updates and releases

📢 Apsis One Release - June

[Feature] Hide Segment
You can now hide segments you're not actively using. Toggle the visibility setting and the segment moves to a Hidden segments group at the bottom of the page. It's removed from your dropdowns but continues to work exactly as before — any flow or send already using it keeps running. Switch the toggle back on whenever you need to select or edit it, and it returns to the top of the segments page.

[Feature] Search & Filter Tags
Working with a long list of Tags is now faster. Open the Segment Builder, start typing in the Tags panel, and only matching Tags appear. Locate the one you need, drag it onto the canvas, and adjust its settings as required.

[Feature] Profile created date attribute
A new default attribute shows when each profile first joined your audience. In the Segment Builder, find it under Properties → Default Attributes and drag it onto the canvas. Choose a relative range (such as the last 30 days), a specific date range, or a single day, and combine it with other conditions like any other attribute. It's ideal for welcoming new contacts, lifecycle messaging, and tracking how quickly your audience is growing.

[Feature] Pre-filled Forms - Send your subscribers a form link in an email — and let them see the data you already hold about them, ready to review, update, or add to. Pre-filled forms turn a plain "update your details" email into a one-click experience: recipients click, see their name, email and preferences already filled in, make the changes that matter, and submit.

📢 Apsis One Release - May

[Feature] Profile 360 - Subscription ID shown in consents
The Profile 360 consents list now shows the Subscription ID alongside the consent display name, making it easier to identify the exact subscription you're looking at.

[Feature] Profile 360 - Subscription name shown in consent timeline
The consent timeline now shows the human-readable subscription name next to the subscription ID. If a subscription has been deleted, the timeline falls back to the ID.

📢 Apsis One Release - April

[Feature] Dashboard / SMS - Negative SMS balance warnings
The SMS subscription widget on the Dashboard now warns you before the reset date that your subscription won't auto-reset, and confirms afterward if it didn't – prompting you to top up your credits in good time.

📢 Apsis One Release - March

[Feature] SMS / Dashboard - SMS Credit Subscription
New customer-facing capabilities accompany the migration: a new Profile Settings 'SMS Display Format' (Credits only / Credits and SMS, with single- or multi-country support); Dashboard credit reset by subscription end date with warnings for extra/exceeded credits and aggregated multi-country totals; and an Activity-page per-country credit usage with a multi-country summary modal.

[Improvement] SMS / Dashboard - SMS Credits dashboard redesign
The SMS dashboard has been redesigned for clearer credit insight: remaining subscription credits, renewal date, top-up status (including 30-day expiry) and a popup showing country-specific remaining message counts.

[Feature] Marketing Automation - Clone nodes
You can now clone any node in an MA activity via a Clone button. The duplicate is placed near the original, speeding up the building of complex flows. Delete is available in the same place, for smoother node management.

[Feature] Forms - Custom message for CRM-ID-blocked profiles
When a profile is blocked via 'Block profiles with CRM-ID', a dedicated, customisable message field is now available instead of a generic, confusing message – aligned with the existing block-and-show-message design.

📢 Apsis One Release - February

[Feature] Integrations - Integration field mapping supports Date/Timestamp
Integration field mapping now supports the Date and Timestamp attribute types, and validation allows mapping them to external system attributes (e.g. E-deal) for richer, more accurate data sync.

📢 Apsis One Release - January

[Feature] Email reporting - Filter email report by bounce category
In the email tool report you can now filter by bounce category (e.g. to see only hard bounces), making it easier to act on the right deliverability signals.

[New Feature] Column stacking and width for mobile layouts

You can now control how multi-column email layouts stack on mobile devices with our new column stacking feature.

  • Choose stacking order: Select whether left or right column content appears first on mobile screens

  • Visual selector: Preview your stacking choice directly in the editor

  • Mobile optimization: Ensure your most important content displays first for mobile subscribers

  • Flexible control: Apply different stacking orders to different rows within the same email

How to use it:

  1. Select a row in your email

  2. In Row settings, expand Column Width (Mobile)

  3. Enable the Column stacking checkbox

  4. Choose your preferred stacking order using the visual selector:

    • Left on top. Right on bottom - Left column displays first

    • Right on top. Left on bottom - Right column displays first
