APSIS One integration with Efficy CRM On-premise

If you have Efficy CRM on-premise, make sure both Efficy CRM and APSIS One have access to each other's API. You can follow the instructions below to test it.

Do you have a complex infrastructure with high security and a firewall or further questions, please request a meeting with an Efficy architect.

Requirements

Test the APIs

Access APSIS One API's from the on-premise server

  1. Open PowerShell on your on-premise server

  2. Enter the command “curl https://integrations.apsis.one/dsm/accounts

  3. If you get the message “{"message":"Unauthorized"}”, it means that you have successfully reached the APSIS One API from your on-premise server. If not, request support from the customers’ network engineer to allow or whitelist outbound traffic.

Access Efficy CRM API’s from the internet

  1. Open PowerShell on your computer

  2. Enter the command “curl mycrmdomain.com/crm/json”

  3. If you get StatusCode 200, it means that you have successfully reached your Efficy Enterprise remote API's from the internet. If this is not the case, request support from the customers’ network engineer to allow or whitelist inbound traffic.

APSIS Configuration

Start setting up the Apsis Efficy Enterprise connector.
