Depending on your Marketing strategies, you may add filters to the Product Recommendation in order to restrict which products are shown. Hover over the icons for a quick explanation if you need extra guidance.

The Category filter will filter the products displayed in your Product Recommendations asset according to whether they belong to a specific product category or not. This information is fetched directly from your website.

1. Click on the Category filter.

2. Expand the drop-down menu under Include product if category, and select an option that best matches your filter strategy.

4. All categories you choose will be shown in the Add item field. Repeat the steps described above to add more categories.

To remove a category, click on the X button.

The Stock filter will filter the products displayed in your Product Recommendations asset according to their availability in your stock. This information is fetched directly from your website.

1. Click on the Stock filter icon.

2. Expand the drop-down menu under Include product if stock, and select an option that best matches your filter strategy.

3. Enter a number of products to match your stock filter.

4. Click Add more filters if you want more to apply.

The Price filter will filter the products displayed in your Product Recommendations asset according to their price. This information is fetched directly from your website.

1. Click on the Price filter icon.

2. Expand the drop-down menu under Include product if price, and select an option that best matches your filter strategy.

3. Enter a price for your price filter.

4. Click Add more filters if you want more to apply.

The Exclude Recent filter will filter the products displayed in your Product Recommendations asset according to the visitor's browsing behaviour.

1. Click on the Exclude recent icon.

2. Expand the drop-down menu under Include products that were, and select an option that best matches your filter strategy.

3. Enter a number that reflects the amount of times Profiles must have browsed, carted or purchased products in order to exclude the products from this asset.

4. Click Add more filters if you want more to apply.

The Store View filter will filter the products displayed in your Product Recommendation according to different versions of your online store. This information is fetched directly from your website. Please reach out to your Account Manager to learn more about how to enable this feature.

The Currency filter will filter the products displayed in your Product Recommendations asset according to the currency their priced is listed with. This information is fetched directly from your website.

1. Click on the Currencies filter icon.

2. Expand the drop-down menu under Include product if currency, and select an option that best matches your filter strategy.

3. Expand the Add item drop-down menu and select the currencies you wish to filter products.

4. All currencies you choose will be shown in the Add item field. Repeat the steps described above to add more currencies.

To remove a currency, click on the X button.
