Logging in for the first time
Apsis One runs entirely in your browser β there's nothing to install.
Step 1
Open your browser and go to app.apsis.one. We recommend bookmarking this address for easy access later.
π‘ Supported browsers - Apsis One works best in Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Using another browser may cause unexpected behaviour.
Step 2
Enter your email address and click LOGIN. You can tick the Remember me box to save your email for future visits.
Step 3
You'll be prompted to create your password. Enter your new password in the first field, then confirm it in the field below. Click SET PASSWORD to continue.
βΉοΈ Password requirements: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
Accepting the Terms of Software License Agreement
After setting your password and logging in for the first time, you'll be asked to accept Apsis One's Terms of Software License Agreement. Read through the terms, then click AGREE to proceed.
β οΈ Required step - You cannot proceed to the platform until you've accepted the terms. This is a one-time action and will not appear again on future logins.
The Setup wizard
Once you've accepted the terms, the Setup wizard will launch automatically. This is a short, guided tour that helps you configure the basics of your account before you start working.
The wizard includes three steps:
Step | What it covers | Required? |
User Profile | Name, email, time zone, language, and profile picture | Yes β must complete to proceed |
2-Step Verification | Add an extra layer of security to your login | Optional (recommended) |
Video Tutorials | Quick intro videos to get familiar with the platform | Optional |
βΉοΈ You can always come back - None of the wizard settings are permanent. You can edit them at any time from your User Profile Settings, accessible via the profile icon in the top right corner.
Updating your User Profile
The first wizard step is to review and complete your user profile. This is the only mandatory step before you can move forward.
Step 1
Click Edit to Update your profile settings.
Step 2
Check and fill in your details:
Full name β how you'll appear to other users in the account
Email β pre-filled with your login email
Mobile number β used for SMS-based 2-step verification if you choose that option
Time zone β affects when scheduled activities run for your user
Language β sets the platform language for your account only (other users can choose their own)
Time and date format β choose the display format that matches your region
π‘ Time zone matters- Setting the correct time zone ensures that any scheduled sends, flows, or reports show the right times for you. If you work across regions, pick the time zone where you're primarily based.
Step 3
Optionally, click Change image to upload a profile picture. If you skip this, the platform displays the first two letters of your email address as an avatar instead.
Step 4
When everything looks correct, click Update profile to save and continue to the next wizard step.
Setting up 2-step verification
2-step verification (also called two-factor authentication, or 2FA) adds a second layer of security to your account. Even if someone gets hold of your password, they won't be able to log in without access to your verification method.
Step 1
Click Enable 2-step verification to begin setup.
Step 2
Choose your preferred verification method:
Method | How it works | Best for |
Authenticator app | Generates a time-limited code in an app like Google Authenticator or Authy | Most users β most secure option |
SMS | Sends a one-time code to your registered mobile number | Users who prefer not to install an app |
π‘ Our recommendation - We recommend the authenticator app method β it works without mobile signal and is more resistant to SIM-swapping attacks. Google Authenticator and Authy are both free and widely used.
For step-by-step instructions on completing either setup method, see Password and Authentication.
βΉοΈ This step is optional during setup β Click No, thanks to skip 2-step verification for now. You can always enable it later from your User Profile Settings. Choosing "No, thanks" counts the step as complete and moves you forward.
Skipping or resuming the wizard later
Not ready to complete all the wizard steps right now? That's fine.
After filling in your User Profile, click Do this later to close the wizard and go straight to Apsis One.
The wizard will reopen automatically each time you log in until all steps have been completed or dismissed.
Clicking No, thanks on any optional step marks it as done and won't show it again.
To return to any wizard setting after dismissing it, go to your profile icon in the top right corner and open User Profile Settings. Click Edit on any section to update your details.
Logging out
To log out of Apsis One, click your profile icon in the top right corner of the platform, then select Log out from the dropdown menu.
β οΈ Always log out on shared computers - If you're working on a shared or public computer, always log out when you're finished. Apsis One will keep you logged in by default if you ticked the "Remember me" box.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive a welcome email
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, ask your account administrator to resend your invitation, or contact Apsis Customer Service.
I can't log in β the page isn't loading or the button doesn't work
Some browser extensions (especially ad blockers and pop-up blockers) can interfere with the login screen. Try disabling extensions, or switch to Chrome or Firefox in private/incognito mode to test.
I've already logged in before but I've forgotten my password
On the login screen, click Forgot password? and follow the instructions to reset it. For more detail, see Password and Authentication.
My organisation uses SSO β what do I do?
If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may not need to set a password at all. Your login will be handled through your organisation's identity provider. See Single Sign-On (SSO) for setup instructions.
