My Dynamics instance is not sending data to Efficy Marketing after reinstalling


If you have recently reinstalled the Microsoft Dynamics (MsD) integration from a Section in Efficy Marketing and are not receiving any data from your Dynamics integration it might be because its using a cached configuration from your previous installation - Luckily this is easily fixed.

1. In MsD, click on Advanced Find in the top right corner.

2. In Look For, search for APSIS One Authentication.

3. Click on Results.

4. Select the checkbox next to the entry, and click on Delete APSIS One Authentication

This is not a destructive operation it simply forces the Dynamics plugin to regenerate its configuration based on your latest installation.

5. If doing these steps does not help, clear the table called APSIS Payloads. Note that this is a destructive operation, and requires a fullsync afterwards
