Where to find the "Exit Flow" reason?
Curious to learn the specific reason why Profiles are exiting your Marketing Automation flow?
Profiles exiting the flow can be caused by a number of reasons and are not necessarily a bad thing.
Go to Audience and locate the profile you want to investigate. Proceed to the Response Data tab. If you have a lot of events you can filter by MA - Exit flow.
Once you have the list of "Exit-Events" double click to open the event and find the reason.
