Today APSIS One has a 10MB file size limit. If your export exceed this size, the export will most likely time out, fail and nothing will be exported.

Reach out to our support team and they will help you with the export.
Exporting a Segment or a Report?
Try to divide your export into smaller batches by using the Segment builder to stay inside the file size limit.
