Today APSIS One support CSV and XLS/XLSX files up to 50 MB. If your export exceed this size, the export will most likely time out, fail and nothing will be exported.

Reach out to our Customer service and they will help you with the export.
Exporting a Segment or a Report?
Try to divide your export into smaller batches by using the Segment builder to stay inside the file size limit.
If that's not possible, please contact Customer service.
