FAQ: Why do I not see Profiles after file import is done?

File import delay

Please allow at least 30 minutes after a file import before proceeding with any APSIS One activities.

An import requires some processing time before the profiles are available in to use in activities such as email sendings and calculations.

This processing time is currently a 30 minute delay, and at this point unfortunately all we can do is to recommend doing your import a bit in advance.
