About the Efficy Enterprise Integration
The Efficy Enterprise Integration for APSIS One enables you to utilize the data from your CRM in any channel connected to your APSIS One account.
Note that in this version only data on the contact card in Efficy Enterprise is available for sync. Email Response data collected in APSIS One will be synced back to Efficy Enterprise; Bounces, Clicks, Delivered and Opens.
Mapping data fields in your Efficy Enterprise account to Attributes and Channel Consent in APSIS One, allowing for unified and synchronized Profile data in your APSIS One account. Or create rich Overviews in Efficy Enterprise and sync them directly into APSIS One to personalize your sendings even more.
There are two features that empower data transfer from Efficy Enterprise into your APSIS One account: Real-time Sync and Full Sync.
A Real-time sync takes place whenever a contact card is created or updated in Efficy Enterprise. This results in a corresponding Profile being updated or created in APSIS One, matching the state of the contact in the Efficy Enterprise.
A Full sync systematically goes through all contacts in your Efficy Enterprise account and either creates a new Profile in your APSIS One account, or updates the existing Profile data. We recommended using this feature after setting up your initial mappings, or when you intend to sync new mappings.
What comes after the sync?
Syncing your customer data into APSIS One Profiles is great for a comprehensive overview of your platforms... But, without Consent Mapping, you can't communicate with your customers! Make sure to set up the Consent Mapping for both the Email and SMS channels. Read more here...
When a Profile is created in the APSIS One account, it will receive the customer ID as a unique identifier, and Email and SMS consent is updated accordingly. All data is written through Efficy Enterprise.
If a Real-time or Full sync detects a new email address for a Profile, the following will take place:
1. The new email address will be opted-in to all Topics which the old address had given consent to;
2. The old email address will be opted-out from all Topics and lose any consent, as it's no longer in use.
How do you integrate?
Here's a summary of the process of integrating Efficy Enterprise with your APSIS One account. Click to reach a more detailed run-down.
1. Enable Efficy Enterprise with your APSIS One account.
2. Add Sync Conditions in case you only want a subset of your profiles to be synced with your APSIS One Section.
3. Map data from your contact card in your Efficy Enterprise account to APSIS One Attributes.
4. Set up a Consent Profile for the Subscription you use, and Map the Subscription to your Subscription.
5. Sync your data!
Prerequisites
The Efficy Enterprise integration with APSIS One is compatible with the following Efficy Enterprise build: Week 2022-08 - Setup Efficy 2021.25985. If you are unsure about whether your version supports the APSIS One integration, reach out to your account manager.
Profiles in Efficy Enterprise are used to sync consent in APSIS One. If you have made customisations to how you use Profiles in Efficy Enterprise, please reach out to your account manager to ensure that this will not cause issues when you use the integration.
To install the Efficy Enterprise integration to your APSIS One account, you will need an API key as well as the URL to your Efficy Enterprise account. Here's a short guide on how to create the API key you need.
