Enable the Efficy CRM Integration in APSIS One

1. To enable the Efficy CRM integration in APSIS One, find and open the Integrations Tab in the left Menu.

2. Locate Efficy CRM and click Connect.

3. Click Continue.

4. Find the Efficy CRM API key in the Efficy Designer and create a new key by clicking the plus.

Click the green Add button in the upper right corner to create an API key.

Name the API so that you can recognize the underlying custom application developed with a remote API.

API keys cannot be deleted but can be revoked by disabling the option Is Active. (You can also set an expiry date in the past.)

5. Head back to APSIS One and enter your URL and Efficy CRM API key, and click Connect.

6. Choose a default country code. This will be the code of the country where most of your customers are located, and will only be used when a number is imported without a country code.

7. Click Connect.

Congratulations, you have now enabled the Efficy Enterprise Integration in your APSIS One account!


Disable the Efficy CRM Integration

Before you begin

It's not possible to uninstall or disable the integration while a Full Sync is in progress. Should you want to do this, you first need to cancel the Full Sync.

1. Open the Integrations tab and locate the Efficy CRM Integration card and click Edit.

2. Select the Settings tab, and click uninstall.

Follow the instructions in the wizard to uninstall Efficy Enterprise from your APSIS One account.
