Q: Will a profile's email address be updated in APSIS One if a Customer changes their email address in Magento's My Account page?

A: Yes, the email address update happens in real-time.


Q: When Admin deletes a Customer in Magento, will it also be deleted in APSIS One?

A: Yes, we delete the profile from One because Magento is considered master.


Q: When Admin deletes a Subscriber in Magento, will it also be deleted in APSIS One?

A: If the Subscriber is only a guest, we delete it from APSIS One. If Subscriber is also a Customer, we remove consent and Subscriber attributes, but we keep the profile with all Customer related data.
