Create a Folders and Subscriptions

The APSIS Pro mailing lists will be imported to APSIS One, but the way the two platforms are structured is differently. The data structure is the one of the main differences between the way APSIS Pro and APSIS One. In this step you're going to create Folders and Subscriptions, where you can match your Apsis Pro subscriptions so that your Apsis One Profiles can have their consent registered.

If a subscriber has performed an opt-out or an opt-out all, their subscription status will be shown respectively in APSIS One: meaning that all Profiles will show their channel consent, including opt-outs. Read more about consent here...

If you have already created a Folder and Subscription, they will show up on the Migration Wizard. If so, click SAVE and proceed to the next step. Otherwise, follow the steps below.

About Folders and Subscriptions

From About Migration:

Folders contain a group of Subscriptions. Group your subscriptions in Folders by department, brand or business entity. Find a structure that fits your workflow the best. To send email or SMS to more than one Subscription at a time the Subscriptions must belong to the same Folder.

Subscription is the level in which your Profiles provide their consent. The Subscription reflects their specific interest in your brand, and the subject matter they opted to receive communications in. Subscription can be based on the frequency of the newsletters (weekly, monthly, etc.), a product category or even the names of the different business sectors you communicate with.

1. Click Create New Folder. A pop-up will be displayed. Give the Folder a name.

3. Click Create New Subscriptions. Give the Subscription a name.

5. Repeat the previous two steps until you've added all your Subscriptions.

6. When you're ready, click Save.

7. To add another Folder, click Create New Folder and follow the previous steps.
